I think the issue is in signified in the bold print. Every other time that we have set up scalix we get a uid number (like 65342 or something like that). In this case, the system thinks that the system login is my actual server user name todd (uid 500). So that in the fatal logs, I get output like the following:

I cannot delete the account as it is getting error messages for the system. I also have attempted to add another admin account and still am not able to log into the management services (SAC).
Our server is running on CentOS 5.3 and our scalix version is 11.4.2. If there is a way to change the system login field with ommodu or some other command, I am all ears. Thanks for the help!
