We run a multiserver installation with two machines. Main server A is connected to LDAP and internet. Second server B dirsyncs with server A and sends everything via sendmail to server A.

We formerly ran 11.3 and now updated the machines to 11.4.3. As long as only Server A was updated everything worked fine. Only since we updated Server B, B is no longer visible in SAC, although e-mail and replication seem to work at least in parts. The sync.log on server A says: FAILED TO OBTAIN SERVER NAME FOR MAILNODE B

Any ideas what could be wrong (maybe some config changed by update) ?

Are you sure you used the right password when the installer asked for it?

I'd rerun the installer, and reconfigure RES and make really sure that you're using toe correct password (same as server A).
