SAC Not showing all nodes after 11.4.1U1 to 11.4.2 upgrade

After upgrading to 11.4.2 I now cannot see all my nodes under the server info tab, in fact it just sits at FETCHING LIST. Also, I cannot add users to any of the other nodes.

I have run the reconfigure section of the installer multiple times with no effect. I cannot figure out what exactly changed in the upgrade!!

Can anybody please point me in the right direction?!!!

Well, the error (and once would have been fine):

suggests some sort of firewall / networking type problem.

We found in the Release Notes mention of BUG 18251, we got that patch and applied it to the Scalix Server we are running the SAC on to administer all the nodes in the network. Should this patch be applied to all the servers or just the one running the SAC?

It is possible now to see all a list of servers, however the sac still fails to even do basic things like add a user to a group.

You will need to update your server with SAC with both packages available in the patch. The remote systems will just need the RES rpm.
It is recommended to use the scalix installer for the update,when prompted and use the custom install option.
