Can't add new user in SAC

Whenever I try and create a new user in SAC, I get this error:
"Unable to open a new window. You are probably blocking pop-ups. Please disable pop-up blocking for this site and restart the admin console."
I am running the Community edition but only have 5 users so far and have tried multiple browsers with pop ups allowed for my domain.

I'm seeing the same thing here. I'm in a multi-server environment running 11.4.2 on RHEL4. All of my servers except one give this error upon clicking finish when trying to create a new user, doesn't matter if it's premium or standard type. Adding a user at the command line works, then I can edit the user in the admin console.
What logs can we look at for clues?
TIA,
Lance
EDIT: Rebooting the servers does not help.

I too have exactly the same problem.
Looking at the admin logs, I see these errors corresponding to the attempts to create the users:
Code: Select all
2008-11-11 02:19:13,358 ERROR [GetMemberAccessGroupList.createSOAPResponseMessage:246]
2008-11-11 02:21:31,904 ERROR [GetMemberAccessGroupList.createSOAPResponseMessage:246]
2008-11-11 02:23:49,015 ERROR [GetMemberAccessGroupList.createSOAPResponseMessage:246]
2008-11-11 02:24:57,193 ERROR [GetMemberAccessGroupList.createSOAPResponseMessage:246]
Checked the server license and it is valid for 50 premium users... course we can't even add a single user of any kind because of this error.

fixed... actually it wasn't a problem... one of my colleagues had set the email address of the sxadmin account to the same address of the specific named user we were trying to create...
Of course the popup blocked warnning doesn't help to easily identify the problem.. it was only when attempting to manually add the user with omaddu that the problem became evident.
Any chance on more intuitive error messages on the SAC interface?

Glad you figured out yours, Leland. The problem still exists for me. My work around is still to use omaddu to add the user, then edit them in SAC.
