[solved] 11.4.1U1 -> 11.4.2 Update: SAC Error

Hi,
after updating (on Debian Etch) my Scalix from 11.4.1.U1 to 11.4.2 the SAC and the Mobile Client don't work anymore.

SAC Error:

Code: Select all

"Anmeldung konnte nicht durchgeführt werden
Konfigurationsdaten konnten nicht geladen werden.
Ein Problem mit dem Adminstrationsserver ist aufgetreten"

MobileClient Error:

Code: Select all

"Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten: Unknown error (A00000) "

The Webmail Client runs fine, also Outlook 2003.

Hi again,

installing on a fresh debian Etch (with JRE 1.5.0-14-1etch), SAC is running fine. Very strange.

But this doesn't solve my problem on my Scalix-PROD System where SAC doesn't work

Please help.

Hi,
i only got it fixed with complete reinstallation. i tried all tip's from the forum (e.g. check the sxadmin... users if locked etc., omcheck -i etc.) - nothing got sac working again.

fortunatley, the scalix installation is really well structured, so saving the data-store, removing scalix completly, installing scalix and restoring the original data-store works fine.

i scripted this (re-) installation of scalix on debian, see my wiki.

btw - i wonder why debian isn't better supported (with better installation pakages), because xandros is also debian based
