copy mail box add forward to new user

I want to delete a user, foward his OLD MAIL to the manager and setup a forward for the old user to the manager...but I can only find a way to delete the old user...

any help would be great

You can only forward mail directed at a mailbox (though it can be a Standard user), so you can't delete the mailbox and forward mail. You can, however, disable login for the user, so the mailbox is unusable.

Or you can add the user's email address to the manager's list, so all emails directed to it will go there instead (though this won't resolve the issue for email directed at the X.400 address, unfortunately). And sxmboxexp/sxmboximp can be used to import one user's mail into another mailbox.
