I experience a strange behaviour with one of our user's mailboxes.
She hasn't been logged in for some weeks and (at least from last week) all sent email seems to be undeliverable to her. No matter if from outside or locally.

The strangest thing:
When I log into SAC as admin I can't even see that user. An omshowu -n "User name" brings up that user as if there were no problems. She can log on into her account via webmail, but there're only few emails in her inbox showing (mostly from last year...). The calendar entries seem to be fully intact.

I use the ombackup script shown in the wiki. And in that directory the last backup shows a filesize of her zipped Mail-account of some gigs. I haven't run the omrestore script because I wanted to find the problem first.

Any ideas?

Go from sac and check if the mailbox name is showing either as a group or a resource.

I just ran into this issue. I know that it is old, but the user is showing up in SAC as a resource and not a user. How do I go about fixing this issue?
