Account flagged as admin,can't log into SAC more than once

I have a Scalix user account which is flagged as an administrator.
I can succesfully log in to SAC once, but once I have logged out and attempt to log in for the second time it will not let me back in.

Is there a reason for this? Have I missed some basic setting somewhere?

I do have the sxadmin account which works everytime, but I don't want it to be the only admin account available in case that gets corrupted somehow.

Check with following output
omshowu -n <username> -f | grep Admin

If Admin capabilities are yes, then user should be able to login 'n' number of times
