One solution is mboxadmin, which you can find documentation for easily. Another option if you are authenticating against an external service (possibly kerberos) is to set everyone's local scalix password to something (very secret) and setup pam to allow authentication against the local scalix db as well as kerberos. It's what I do, and it comes in VERY handy when someone has an email as you can just login directly as them. Works great setting up outlook as well, you can create the profile using this password and leave "save password" unchecked, so the next time the user open's outlook they fill in their password and check "save".
