user account retrieval

Hi Everyone,

I deleted One scalix user. But, this user name still exist iunder the users.
But, If I click it, it says

could not retrieve the information for the selected user.

Now, I have the need of that user and his mails.

Will I be able to retrieve it?

If yes, How Can I?

Pls note that No back up was done preveasly.

Most likely not. omshowu will show all the users on the system. If it's still present in this list, you can try to recover it. If not - your only option is if the files are still present on the disk, which is VERY unlikely and hard to reconstruct.

Most likely there's a entry in the SYSTEM address book that's not deleted properly, even though the mailbox was. omdelent will delete this for you (there was posts about this in the forum before)
