How to limit senders to specific destination

Hi all.
Anyone knows of a way to restrict from who a specific email receives messages.
I've run into this thread ( viewtopic.php?t=6577 ) but it only applies to PDL, not users.

Any ideas?

Service levels may help... I'm not sure exactly what your requirements are.
