Cannot show user that are created by omaddu

I have a problem, I use omaddu to create user into the mailnode, I have only one mailnode in my environment. I found that those user created are not shown in the Admin Console.
I then tried to use the Admin Console to create another user and it shows in the console normally.
I have tried to use omshowu -m to get the whole list of the user and I found that all those users are presented, including those created by omaddu or admin console.

Dose anyone know what's the trick of this problem?

I use sxadmin to login to the administration console.

If you were running the console at the time you created the user via the command line, you can use the refresh icon, top right on the SAC, to re list the users.

Actually, we login to the admin console after a few days we have created the users.

What was your exact command line for adding the user?

Can the user log in?

What does omshowu against the missing user show?
