Incomplete User list

Hi,

I am using scalix community edition, its is working fine for me, but recently i have a problem , i have just created a user in Scalix Administration Console, when i scroll down to the users list , scalix displays message " Incomplete list" at the bottom and i am not able to find the newly created user in the list, although this user is able to receive emails, able to login in SWA too.

infact now i can not see any newly created user in the list.

is anybody encounter this kind of problem?....please help

Hi,

By default, SAC only displays 100 users. If your organization has over 100 users (as yours might), you need to modify the /etc/opt/scalix/caa/scalix.res/config/ubermanager.properties file and change the ubermanager.console.maxListSize= value to 200 or 300 (or whatever will allow all your users to display in SAC.

Save your changes and then restart Tomcat.
