addfwd.sh link broken on wiki

The link to addfwd.sh on the wiki page for Administration Plugins (
http://www.scalix.com/wiki/index.php?title=Administration_Plugins) is broken. There is no file at http://downloads.scalix.com/ark/addfwd.sh

If anyone has a copy of it and would post it here I'd appreciate it.

I have a Question about it. As described i have to use this command to install this plugin:

What is "<instancename>"?
