Users Not Showing Up In SAC

Postby leozh » Mon May 07, 2007 12:21 pm

I upgraded from a Scalix 10 install on an Ubuntu system to Scalix 11 on a CentOS 5 Box.

Now, when I log into the SAC, my users don't show up in the list and same goes for groups.

How do I fix this?

When you moved to the new box, did you keep the same IP and machine name?

Also, did you do a omcheck -s -d > /tmp/script.sh and then run the script to make sure all permissions are correct?

Hope that helps,

The IP Addresses are the same.

I ran the script and it's still the same thing.

One thing I did notice though was that I just added a group and members to it through the omaddpdln and omaddpld and the new group is showing up in the SAC, but the old users don't show up.

What about the machine name?

If it is different, please follow the wiki article to fix it:
