sac not logging in

Hello,

I've got two problems. First of all I can't login in sac. When I'm accessing http://mymailserver.mydomain.com/sac I get a login screen, When I'm trying to login wit sxadmin and my password I get the message:

Could not login
Could not fetch confguration information.
Possible problems with administration server

I've tried a couple of solutions on your forum but they didn't work. My hostfile is correct. I've got only one line with somthing like this:

127.0.0.1 localhost
12.34.56.78 mymailserver.mydomain.com mymailserver

A couple of days ago I could use the sac management service and nothing changed (had the problem before and sometimes a reboot fixed my problem, but it isn't now and i don't want to continue rebooting )

The 2nd problem is my mailserver isn't sending mail from the webmail site. Maybe a configuration problem ? (But I can't check it now because sac isn't working )

/etc/init.d/scalix-tomcat stop
killall java
/etc/init.d/scalix-tomcat start

Get it running for you again?

Sorry for the few information I gave u. The version I'm running is 11.0.1.22.

After stoppig scalix-tomcat, killing java and starting scalix-tomcat again I still coudn't login. I noticed the following bij starting scalix-tomcat:

mailserver:~ # /etc/init.d/scalix-tomcat start
Starting Tomcat serviceUsing CATALINA_BASE: /var/opt/scalix/mr/tomcat
Using CATALINA_HOME: /opt/scalix-tomcat
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /var/opt/scalix/mr/tomcat/temp
Using JRE_HOME:

JRE_HOME: hasn't got a directoryname ? Is this right ? Problem is I didn't change a thing, Just setup the server, hosted a couple of domains and mailadresses (by sac, while it still was working) and suddenly it doesn't work anymore. Has JRE_HOME: got something to do with it ?

I fixed the problem. Just downloaded the new Scalix version (11.0.2 instead of 11.0.1 I had running)

Upgraded and it worked ! I can log in sac again and can send mail again !
