Accouts not showing up in SAC

One of our clients suddenly had some resource users vanish from SAC.

I checked a userlist (omshowu) and did a omsearch and the users do show up correctly. They are also accessible via Outlook. I also checked the HOST-FQDN value and that is set correctly. A omldapsearch for the user also returns a list of attributes, so it is properly exported.

I deleted and re-created a user and that one shows up in SAC now. The only thing they do on a regular basis on the machine is a complete shutdown to do a backup (no LVM).

Anyone got any suggestions as to what else I can try?
