Scalix Support Incident not possible to purchase just one???

Hi,

Please see my email to support@scalix.com yesterday (no answer yet):

Why is it stated on the Scalix support web pages that it's possible to
purchase a single support incident (as I have previously done) but on
the order form itself this option has disappeared?

We urgently need to get support but don't wish to purchase five incidents
that we don't necessarily even have cases to spend on during one year.
---

Any answers available from here? Would like to buy support please. :)

Replying to myself - it seems my mail to support had actually created actions, the Support Incident web page has changed to reflect some new points system. Need to investigate, would have been nice to receive an email 'bout this though (we are covered by an active updates agreement so I should receive all info)...
