outlook connector bug - v11.2

all items in "sent items" become "None", can NOT read, can NOT open, NO title, NO preview, etc. I can see them form webmail, and this can be fixed by re-create outlook profile. I have seen this on version 11.1, I thought this should be fixed on 11.2, but not. (:[/img]

I thought this can be fixed by recreate profile, but after I tried, even "prepare smart cache" from sac console, doesn't work. I have to use webmail to see my sent items.

You delited the entire Outlook profile, not just hte account?
Did you try to toggle your smartcache setting?

of course I take off the "smart cache" but no help

How about a different PC? What Windows & Outlook versions?

I use outlook 2003. When I tried other computer's outlook I got the same issue.
