Feature request: Apply sharing rights to all folders

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there doesn't seem to be a way to recursively change folder rights of a user, which is very annoying.
An example: Employee X goes on vacation, so employee Y acts as his substitute. However, X not only has an inbox, he has an inbox with 50 subfolders, multiple calendars and todo-lists. Right now he would have to change the rights for every single one of those folders to allow Y to work effectively.
What I would like to see is a possibility to
a) apply rights for all subfolders of a current folder and
b) share a whole account with different users, as in "Y is my substitute, he may see everything that I see"
An alternative of course would be if you could have more than one scalix account in Outlook, so it's possible to log in as two users at the same time.
