SWA Enhancement request: Update contact details "right&

Hi guys,
A useful thing for SWA would be to delegate some form of right to a user to be able
to login to SWA and modify phone/address/etc. details of existing users, but not affect groups, aliases, etc.
Its currently only possible to delegate out management of groups, as far as I can tell...
