Empty promises?

Hi

I'm pretty peeved off I guess. I registerred and downloaded the 60-day trial. I received an auto response mail along with the trial licence.

SUPPORT
Chris and I will be on standby to support you throughout your evaluation. We
encourage you to check out our bulletin board, which is moderated by our support
team. To register and access the bulletin board, go to:
http://www.scalix.com/forums/. On your first visit, click "Register" to join the
community forum. The bulletin board is a great place to share ideas and get advice
from other Scalix users.

Please feel free to make contact at any time throughout your trial. I'll give you a
call shortly to check on progress and see if you need any further assistance.

Well I have mailed Jim and Chris twice and guess what? No reply. If you think enterprise users are prepared to use a forum (hoping that we get a reply) you're very wrong.

When these guys receive my mail do they just delete it? I wonder.

I have had to iron out most issues myself and had I not been a Linux administrator I would've had serious problems.

I see huge potential for Scalix. But the migration has not been 100% smooth. I'm trying to make the most of this trial and evaluate this product but seriously if that's the support and empty promises perhaps I should consider another product.

Thanks again and hopefully someone will take me seriously.

Bye

Fubar -

as far as we were aware, you were in contact with our distributor for your area, and were taken care of.

Was this not the case? We discussed your questions with him, and thought he was in contact with you.

Thanks for your response,

Chris
