- The product is awesome. As a platform, Scalix provides everything Exchange provides, but on Linux and cheaper.
- Though the networking check during installation can be a pain, it all works after it's installed. Otherwise installation is a snap!
- Most importantly, the forums are monitored, questions and issues addressed, and responses are quick. I've had issues ranging from installation problems to sendmail configuration issues, from Spamassassin installation and configuration to moving Scalix to a new server. Every single issue has been documented and resolved in the forums. (You have to search and read a LOT, but it's all there).
