feature request:
I would like to immediately see the number of unread messages in subfolders of my inbox.
Just like the inbox: if there are unread messages in a folder, make it bold, and display the number of unread mails in brackets behind the folder name.

It might make sense to mention if you are using SWA, Outlook or Evolution.

I'd like to see this feature for the Evolution Connector.
(It appears that there is no option to have the connector automatically check for mail in all subfolders)

Has this been implemented yet?
We are running 11.1 and it still seems to be an issue.
If not, is there a planned date for a fix?
Kind Regards

Is your folder set to Auto-Refresh (right click folder to check).
As well, you may need to use the rules wizard to automatically redirect mail to specific folders.

In my scenario, the autorefresh option doesn't works. I mark "Autorefresh" in the folder, but when the message arrives nothing occurs. The "unread message counter" don't appear. Then, i click on the folder and this counter appears. But this process is not automatic, I must click on the folder to see the unread messages indicator...
Any idea?Can yuo help me?
I am using SWA...

scalix: 11.3
clients: swa, thunderbird, outlook
though all public folders are marked as "Autorefresh", new messages are only indicated, if the folder is clicked. true also for inbox.
very annoying, having to click dozens of mailboxes hourly.........
