Is it permitted to sell Scalix License?

My company purchased a Scalex Enterprise license, but we are no longer going to use it. Can it be sold or transferred to another party?

You will have to check the EULA, but I recall a no-transfer clause in there.

According to our EULA, available at http://www.scalix.com/enterprise/products/licensing.php it is not legal or allowed to sell/transfer the license. This is independent on whether you sell the hardware with it or not.
The only possible case that allows for transfer of ownership is when it's sold as part of the company that owns it.
So unused Scalix licenses can only be re-used by their original owner, everything else is a breach of the EULA.
