Hello,
I have been using an HTC Snap which was on windows mobile 6.1 and it worked with no problems linking using activesync. I have been asked to set one up for someone else the on which arrived is on 6.5 and will not link to our activesync server. Has anyone else seen this? I am at a loss and as we use Scalix none will help as they tell me it is not supported. I believe told activesynce is backwards compatible but it doesn't even show as trying to connect in the logs.

Are you sure the network is active on the phone? Can you view websites and/or view mobile webmail from the device's web browser?

Hello there yes I am able to browse the internet from the phone and access webmail. Syncs fine with gmail. I tested that account afterwards

Not sure then, haven't used any 6.5 devices on my system...
