Scalix support line does not return calls!

I have purchased Enterprise level scalix
..installed and deployed the software
..migrated users ...and have left
more then one instance of a phone call
on the support voice mail!

So far I have left a message with
everything but my support pin#
as I don;t know what it is (I'm new)
but after waiting a week now I've recived
NO calls back!?!

Having worked for a unix var for 20 years
I have to say...scalix support is simply
horrible.

As a new customer and a new install
I would expect some level of "new user"
support to be available.

I have purchased Enterprise level scalix
Did you get it from scalix directly or from a dealer? We went through a similar issue in the early days, and apparently this little detail makes a big difference with them. If you get a hold of Florian it's your best bet.

Thank You for your replies.
I was contacted by someone who saw my post here
and will be in touch with them when I have more issues
to be resolved , I was able to get my problems
fixed.
