Enterprise product contacts

I've tried over the past couple of weeks to get information on the Enterprise product. I've sent emails and left voice messages, but no one responds to my inquiries. Is there anyone out there using the Enterprise product? I'm terribly concerned with the lack of response.

I sent email via the website, where ever that goes. I've also left 3 voice messages as any time I've called, I never get a real person.

I get the same reaction. Probably your website Florian, it says to email info@scalix for information on purchasing. You never get a reply.

This was my experience as well. Florian hooked me up with a contact and all is good now.

I will make sure this get's handled; in addition, I have made our VP sales aware of the fact that we seem to be missing some of your messages - apologies and we're investigating why this is happening, as there is really no excuse for such unresponsiveness on an important channel.
