Problem after deleting / recreating a user

Hi all,

I have the following reproducible situation:

"user1" connect with his iPhone to his mailbox (all works ok)
on the Scalix Server the "user1" is deleted and recreated (same username/password)
now on the iPhone the following error message appears: "Impossible to receive ..." (same message also if I resave the password)
after deleting and recreating the account (on the iPhone) all works correctly

How can I avoid this ?

At present there is no way to avoid this. Once the user is re-created on the server, the user profile has to be re-created on the Handset as well .

Vivo V7 after flashing imei shows IMEI 1: 865407010000009, IMEI 2: 865407010000009 and MEID: null.
Anyone please help with this problem.
PS: Already done with write qcn and imei but problem is still there.
