Create email forwarding - where to download addfwd plugin

Hello,
It is required to setup email forwarding in a new Scalix server.
It seems that it is required to install addfwd plugin.
The addfwd plugin is mentioned in:

Does someone knows where to find/download the plugin?
The link mentioned above in Wiki page is not working.
