Required Software - pgdg

The Scalix Installation Guide states that pgdg is required software/database. What is it and where do you get it?

This seems to be a documentation bug. I thought that "PGDG" is just a partial string of the postgres-packages from postgresql.org.
I had never more to install than postgresql, postgresql-libs and postgresql-server (on RHEL systems).
