Some questions about clustering

Hi there, I've got an Enterprise license for Scalix 11.2.0 (not in production yet).
I just installled a Red Hat EL 5 cluster as explained in the TB and got the 2 virtual instances to run, but the TB doesn't explain anything else...
Now the probably stupid questions....what do I do now?
What I would like to achieve is a failover cluster where if one fails the other one takes over.
Do I need to do something to sync the 2 instances? Or?
Do I need to use some script or whatever to start/stop the instances?
Is it ok to use a failover domain?
If I create a user from SAC, will it be in both servers?
