Installation of Outlook Connector crashes

Hi Forum,

I read, that the problem mentioned above seems to occur very often, but I didn't find a solution yet (and I really believe, there must be one ).

Using "setup.exe /e" and trying to install the msi-file instead of using the exe-file didn't make any difference. My System: Win XP Prof. with Outlook 2000.

Any suggestions?

The important step is to first unzip the whole stuff and then start the setip.exe from there.

It will still crash at the end, but the installation is done correctly, so that you can create new scalix profiles.

O.K., that's how I already did it.
