Hey All,

I am trying to install Scalix-Enterprise on Fedora Core 5 and only have one last error to get past...

Could someone please tell me if they know anything about resolving this dependency issue:

Dependency check failed -- Please resolve the following package conflicts and re-run the system checks:
rtld(GNU_HASH) is needed by scalix-text-extractors-1.0-1.rhel5.i386
rtld(GNU_HASH) is needed by scalix-server-11.2.0.11121-1.rhel5.i386

I have searched everywhere on google and this forum and the only information I could find was relating to development and test repos for YUM but these test repositories have never been enabled on this test machine.

Thanks.

You need to upgrade to Fedora 7. Only one Fedora release is supported with every Scalix release.

The problem is that the libraries Scalix was compiled against is not the same as on your system. It's probably glibc, if I have to guess. If you upgrade that only, there's a good chance you will break your system, so you will have to do a full upgrade.
