Installation on CentOS 5 x

I have successfully tricked Scalix 11.1 to detect CentOS 5 as RHEL 5, so the installation can continue. I fulfilled all of the dependencies without any real hiccups. At the very end of the installation, I see the following messages in the log:
2007-09-24 12:05:53,995 INFO Started Apache -- success
2007-09-24 12:05:54,142 INFO Server version 11.1.0.10849-1.rhel5 is a newer version that can be licensed
2007-09-24 12:06:00,752 INFO Found package jre-1_5_0_11-linux-amd64.rpm in directory /root/./scalix-11.1.0-GA/third_party/jre/amd64
2007-09-24 12:06:00,753 INFO Found package jre-1_5_0_*-linux-amd64.rpm in /root/./scalix-11.1.0-GA/third_party/jre/amd64/jre-1_5_0_11-linux-amd64.rpm
2007-09-24 12:06:00,788 INFO Found installed JRE version '1.5.0_11-fcs'
2007-09-24 12:06:01,503 INFO JRE is up to date
2007-09-24 12:06:03,330 INFO Setting JAVA_HOME environment variable to /usr/java/jre1.5.0_11
2007-09-24 12:06:07,434 WARNING Could not determine PostgreSQL whitelist, OK.
2007-09-24 12:06:11,997 INFO Configuring PostgreSQL...
2007-09-24 12:07:02,255 ERROR Operation failed: Failed to initialize the PostgreSQL database.
Any suggestions? The only hit I got on Google suggested running the graphical setup; however, this server doesn't have X on it.
Thanks,
David
