four issues found when testing 9.1

dear forum. (as if it were human...)

I have installed scalix 9.1, and after some initial problems, basically things seem to work. I have however found 4 issues that look like scalix bugs. I wonder if anyone here can give me some feedback on these:

* scrolling messages (inbox) (email web access) using mouse button only works in internet explorer? (or: does NOT work with firefox 1.0 Preview Release!) (scrolling through contact details, or a mail DOES work)

* in webaccess, after opening outbox, the "to", "subject" etc etc STAY grey (so: no sorting possible) (attempting anyway generates error message) ("wait until folder is done loading before sorting")

* In mozilla (firefox 1, preview release) using the web access. Login, select calendar, and use scrollbutton on mouse to move down in the page. Will not work: instead, the whole page scrolls up, off the screen. (scrollbar on the right DOES work correctly) (ie works correctly too)

* In webinterface, select a folder (for example folder "Inbox"). Rightclick ANOTHER folder, and select (for example) "new subfolder". The operation will be applied to the first folder ("Inbox"), and NOT to the second folder. (the one you actually rightclicked on)

Any feedback is appreciated!

Yours,
Mourik Jan

I'll look into these issues and get back to you. However, I can tell you that #4 is known/normal bahavior. SWA does not support right-clicking to select objects/items.

With the exception of #4, all of the issues you observed are known to Scalix and will be fixed in a future release.

right. :)

Will we have to wait until 9.2, or will there be 'interim' releases?

I'm not entirely sure exaclty what Firefox issues will be resolved in 9.2, but I do know that there are plans to address many outstanding SWA issues in this release.
