Upgrade 11.0.1.22 to current

could anyone please tell me, how to upgrade from 11.0.1.22 to the current release?

OK.... backup this file: etc\mail\sendmail.cf stop all your services. Run the installer.. restore sendmail.cf reboot. If you have RHEL4 that is the quickest instructions and should work fine. The sendmail.cf trick is keeping your clamav and spamassasin working....
