Hi,
Im running 10.0.1.3 on rhel 4. Now Im experiencing some minor problems I suppose that will be fixed in the latest release. I have bought a 40 user license before scalix server was split up in enterprise/small business/community edition. I'm a bit puzzled now what version I have to download and upgrade to in order to keep my license for 40 premium users.
also if there's anything to know about upgrading like in my case I'd like to know :)
Any help would be much appreciated
regards

Indeed. Scalix could do a better job on this one.

In what sense? It is still the same from what it has always been - there is a single set of bits of scalix software, the difference is made by the license key.
Side remark is that, as a licensed customer under subscription, you should have received a download information letter for every new release by email (so you should have received one every month since December - if you didn't, please contact your sales rep to upgrade your contact information). This will have download and documentation links.

First assumption made by most new visitors to the site, new customers or potential customers ..:
Enterprise: paid for, you get support, software is tested extensively, release is well established.
Community: free, bleeding edge development, beta release, collaboration on the part of users, buggy
The market component of the equation: companies that pay for the software expect something better that what is distributed for free. Evaluation license for a limited time is also well understood by all in the IT industry. We don't have either, and this is not well explained or understood.
We click the Enterprise tag: *no* download area
We click the Community tag: there is a Downloads menu.
We go to the Downloads, we can click on the "DOWNLOAD COMMUNITY EDITION" button.
So, where do we find the "DOWNLOAD ENTERPRISE EDITION" button.
It may very well be the same software, but it breaks the sense of logic and expectation for most people.
I see 2 good options to replace the current situation:
1) Add a download area to the Enterprise area as well, even if they are common.
2) Replace the "DOWNLOAD COMMUNITY EDITION" button with "DOWNLOAD SCALIX"

well, given the number of eval requests we get, something must work....
... right on the homepage of enterprise edition: Free 60 day trial, 25 users, sign up for more...
is that really so unclear?
Obviously, there is no - and there is not supposed to be - a 'free' download of EE (why should we offer download of a paid-for product??)

no idea - maybe you have put in an incorrect email address; when you change that, you will usually get an email reconfirming the validity of the address and if you don't respond to that, your account will be disabled. I have manually enabled it a minute ago, so you should now be able to check.
