Install fails with upper case host name

I was attempting the installation of version 11.0.2.1 on a machine that had an upper case name in the hosts file. The installation would fail until I realized where it was reading the name from and changed the hosts file entry to lower case.

Hi Lorne!

Just to inform you, installer looks for "localhost" or "localhost.localdomain" in the 127.0.0.1
line just after the IP address in the /etc/hosts file.
