Noob here, how do I go about changing the location of the message store?

I would like to move it off to NAS storage.

You can't change the message store location from the perspective of the Linux operating system. Scalix wil install the message store files in /var/opt/scalix.

So if underneath Linux, the disk subsystem happens to be on NAS, this is not a problem.
