I'm not sure if this should happen automatically on install however when installing Scalix 11 on a SUSE 10.1 there is no VirtualHost directive for an SSL server in the file instance-myserver-conf (neither jk nor ajp). If this should be the case maybe development could fix it in future versions - if not simply ignore it. I have seen in the forum that many are fighting with ssl config so it would be easier if this would be done automatically.
