Connection reset errors on remote web connections.

Hello,
I just installed SUSE 10.1 and Scalix 11 successfully. The machine is visible in my DNS system and returns both ping and ns records correctly (along with having a static ip).

The problem is I cannot log into the machine remotely from any other PC or workstation. I get a "connection reset" error whether I try webmail, sac, etc.

From the console I can get into both sac and webmail no problem (all local), so the webserver itself is running correctly.

The firewall is disabled on the machine and I've tried looking at the config files (.conf) for the Virtual Hosts, etc. but they seem to be correct. Maybe it's just too late for me but I cannot figure out why it won't allow any remote browser to connect with Scalix.

There must be some config I'm missing. Any help is appreciated. This is a test box for the time being too.

Thanks.

Hi,
Check "connectionTimeout" value in /etc/opt/scalix-tomcat/conf/server.xml.in file.
We can also check the logs in the /var/opt/scalix/<nn>/tomcat/logs/catlina.out and if possible please post the latest logs.

Thanks

Logs, info, etc.

The timeout value is "20000"

I also ran into this at home when I tried the exact same build and I cannot reach the web controls remotely (even though the machine is visible on the network).

Which logs do you need posted (since there are a few) and I will post them tonight?
