Problem after Migration: SCA works, OL works but SAC not

Hello again 
So after migrating from my old to the new server I'm now fighting against the message
"The Administrationsserver does not reply" when logging into SAC with either sxadmin or any other administrative user.
Despite this I can use Outlook, als mails are there, no problem with public calendars, etc. Mailrouting also works and the SWA is also coming up and let me access my messages.
But the same user can not login into SAC.
There is no other LDAP Server running and SElinux is disbaled. I uninstalled RES and SAC and when installing the following meesage is in the log:
179 CRITICAL Operation failed: Web apps config function configure_res failed: Failed to change password for "query admin" user sxqueryadmin@fqdn. /opt/scalix/bin/ommodu reported the following error: ommodu : [OM 8040] The user can't be found, or has been deleted.
Indeed, the user isn't there:
omshowu "query admin"
omshowu : [OM 8040] The user can't be found, or has been deleted.
What should I do?
