HI

I have upgraded the last days a community edition Scalix from 9.42 to 10.
After reinstalling SAC, sxadmin could not log in anymore (I checked the community here, but could not find a solution here), sxadmin can log in again, but I can not recieve mails any more. I get the error message:
The recipient's mailbox has been configured with an unlicensed domain

The Licence Monitor Daemon ist started.
Also did a omlicmon.



sxlicense -u


In the audit log I get for example this message:



I also get the same message, when I send a message to the sxadmin.

Can someone help me, please ?

This is just for sxadmin? Is sxadmin set to a premium user or a standard user? What happens if you toggle the type of user? Please post the output of:

omsearch -e s=sxadmin -m @all-attr@ -v

Have you tried rebooting the server?

Thanks Don, I found the problem.

This error occures only with one user.

When I contolled his settings with omshowu <user>
I recognized many E-Mailadresses, but after the last Mailadress, there has been still a "=" symbol, waiting for the next mailaddress.
After modifying this entry, mailing for this user is working.

This user is imported by a ldapsync statement, the emtpy mailaddress was imported this way.

When there is time, I will have a look for the sync.cfg to prevent this.

this is actually a bug that is fixed for the next release - 11118, to be precise.

According to the bug itself this problem is fixed in Version 11. Just FYI in case anyone else comes up against this problem with the trailing =
