I think you can install office 2007 using your 2010 license ( i know we did this at some point for a customer)
Centos is supported afaik and 5.X should be ok provided you downgrade the mentioned package (in Dirks response)

The planning for the next version is August(but let's call it Q4) this year. But this is unconfirmed.
Kind regards,

Paul

Ok, I will try to install 2007.
I tried to downgrade as mentioned by dirk but my centos box shows that the packages are no longer existing.

here is the output:

[root@scalix etc]# yum downgrade glibc-2.5-49 glibc-common-2.5-49 nscd-2.5-49
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror

No package nscd-2.5-49 available.
Nothing to do

you can find it in the mirrors i guess and install it by hand..

so download the .rpm from somewhere, (pref. a Centos mirror)
uninstall the old glibc version (nodeps) and install the rpm version using the --localinstall flag in yum or by installing with rpm.

you can find a DVD image of a Centos 5.5 iso in the link: so you can install 5.5 (you can find older versions there also)

http://ftp.nluug.nl/ftp/pub/os/Linux/distr/CentOS/5.5/isos/i386/CentOS-5.5-i386-bin-DVD.iso
Kind regards,

Paul
