Python Error on Install

Ok, so FedoraCore5 was released this week, and since I was just getting ready to do a fresh install for a new system, I loaded it up with FC5 and figured I'd give it a shot, if it doesn't work, I can always go down to FC4 right?

Well, FC5 loaded without problems and everything is looking great. I tried to install Scalix, and this is what I get:

My Python version is Python 2.4.2, and I noticed that some posts around the forums say that 2.4.1 is required. Is there a patch that I need to install to Scalix to install it, or should I just downgrade Python to 2.4.1?

As Scalix 10 was released before FC5, there is no current support for it. In fact, we don't begin testing until a distro is released so there are no plans to provide support for it until the next major release ( not patch release ) so I'm not surprised that you have had problems.

The only advice I can give you is to go back to a supported platform.
