funambol

I am going to try to install funambol on the same machine as scalix.
as they both use port 8080, I am thinking of configuring each to their own IP address, as I have 2 external IP's
would this be recommended or should I put it on another machine?
If it is ok to have on same machine, how would I lock down the IP's per proccess?
