Migration from OpenSUSE to CentOS

I have a Scalix 11.4.5 server running on OpenSUSE 11, but I wanted to move to RedHat/Centos - is this migration possible without loosing my current mailstore?

Yes. You just need to move the mailstore across, and preserve ownership/permissions. There's several threads detailing how to move between OS versions.
