Do anyone have suggestions for the problem? If I had to uninstall and reinstall the Scalix Admin part, what is the right procedure and commands? Thanks.

There is one line in the config:
Mailbox Admin Capabilities : NO

I think because of that, I can not modify or delete any mailbox.

Thanks for your help.

Mailbox Admin Capabilities is a special capability for mailbox migration, it's not used for mailbox administration so I don't think that this is the cause of the problem.

When you select a mailbox to administer, does the icon have an envelope in it ? The Web Administration console can only administer mailboxes created on the Scalix server and not any that have been migrated through omldapsync.

When I use the Scalix Administration Console to manage the users, all user's icon has an envolope in it. I created the sxadmin when doing scalix server installation, and created other 3 users using command line in the scalix server because I can not modify, delete, or add user using the console. Thanks
