License is not valid for domain

I'm trying to install 11.4.5, but it will not accept the license we paid for:

I've replaced our actual domain name with 'xxxxxx', but trust me -- they match.

Help! This is the third time we've attempted to upgrade to Scalix 11, and each time it eats a day of my weekend. Does anyone have any ideas (since Scalix support isn't open on the weekends...)

I went ahead and installed with no license file, but got another error:

Should I revert back?

You should be able to put the license in at any time with any version. Once it's in place and working, you can do the upgrade over a weekend without worrying that there'll be a problem.
